What is the best way to rollout JIRA to the users?

Is there a best practices or best solution for rolling out JIRA the users? Please note that we currently have bugzilla and we will not be importing any of the data from bugzilla.  Any suggestions would be awesome.  We're rolling out to a fairly large group in the next couple of weeks.

We usually start by bringing users by project and teaching the core users (project managers) how to use JIRA.

Things you should go through with core users is workflows and usage of custom fields.

Then you want to be ready to help out the team on the starting days and help them out in their development. Things that are useful are such as custom dashboard, how to view their workflow.

Things you might want to start out is make your JIRA workflows look the same as bugzilla as this will help starting out and allows you to ease them into custom workflows that do half the magic for them.
