Hi Karen,

My guess is that your Jira instance has Insight from Riada installed and something is not correctly configured for it. Insight allows you to add addition information to the your profile like additional attributes, links to customers in Insight etc.

@Karen Kelly my only guess is that your Insight license has expired. I know people from Riada are here on the Community so hopefully they know more, and you could always contact their support here if you are a Jira admin.
