The Support Team hours depend on your product and your level of support. JIRA Server and JIRA Cloud support team operates 24 hours 5 days a week (there are several teams around the globe available to help). The JIRA Cloud support team also offer limited support on weekends.
Weekend support, and 24x7 phone support are available for Premiere support customers.
