WebDAV missing my password

I punt my password of JIRA administrator, but i can't access., what user it’s granted

  • The authentication credentials required to access the WebDAV directory are the username and password that you use to log in to your Atlassian Cloud site.

    Your actual username may be different from the one you use to log in into your Atlassian Cloud site, as the login page also offers the option to use your email address.

  • You must belong to the administrators group to access it.

If you are a confluence administrator, you can login with your administrator credentials to access WebDAV directory.
