We have an unusual bug we want to report.   The appearance of a link or subtask, created using the Issue Matrix plugin, appears different if users disable their keyboard shortcuts (in JIRA profile preferences).  If users leave their keyboard shortcuts enabled, then they see the full issue matrix link.   However, if a user has their keyboard shortcuts disabled, then the issue matrix link (or subtask) is "squished" with the headers displayed in grey.

If so, you should contact the vendor (Botron Software) directly as they are unlikely to see your question here.
