Version displayed differently in JIRA 7

I recently upgraded from JIRA 6 to 7. I noticed a different behaviour when clicking on a version link within an issue or in issue navigator (for instance clicking on the "Fix Version")

In JIRA 6 this opened the Version with the URL  ....Project/Version/xxxx.  This is the site with the progressbar on top showing how many issues are already done.

In JIRA 7 it Now opens the issue Navigator Setting the filter to the selected Version. Is there any way to restore the behaviour like in JIRA 6?

I am afraid you will have to put some javascript hacks to replace the href url. There is no default functionality to change that behavior.
