User limit 50, 46 in use, but as soon as I go to 47, it says it's run out.

Can anyone help here?

I manage our JIRA licensing and accounts through Crowd, we have a user limit of 50 licenses, currently it is saying 46 are in use. However when I added a 47th person, JIRA advised we had run out of user accounts as soon as we try to raise anything.

JIRA is synced up with Crowd and I have checked and rechecked and we are definitely within the limits. So why can't we go up to the 50 licenses we have?

Can provide screen shots and further details if needed.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Cat Shelton,

I suggest opening a Crowd technical support ticket so that our support team can see how your user directories are configured. You should be asked to upload log files when creating the support ticket so that the engineer can troubleshoot the issue.

Hope this helps.
