Use the standard JIRA work log with Tempo Timesheets Plugin

Hichem Acher December 16, 2015

We have many projects that are currently running and use the standard JIRA work log.

Can we use Tempo Timesheets Plugin with only some projects?

If this is not possible, can we then use Timesheets with the default JIRA work log or at least keep both work log dialogs?

We are using : JIRA v6.3.12

We tried the latest version of Tempo Timesheets (v7.16.1.2)

Solved it : I didn't know I could keep both dialogs.

Tempo worklogs are the underlying JIRA worklogs, with added information if you need it.  Your users do not need to use Tempo to log time in order for it to appear on the timesheets.   Although you can't stop users from logging time via Tempo on a project, you also don't have to force them to use it for Tempo to work (I usually log work on issues as I go, then use Tempo to get a view of my work and add bits to them later)
