Upload attachment using REST API

I try to integrate JIRA with PEGA 8.1. 

Whilst configuring it I need to provide a URL where Pega can find the REST API of JIRA. 

Our JIRA is https://jira.sdmc.ao-srv.com/

What should the URL for the REST API be?
