Seems JIRA to AD connectivity is not working? Did you check the AD user directory settings in JIRA?

What is the error at the end of the stacktrace? Here is an example: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/users-not-able-to-log-into-jira-using-ldap-connector-ad-297666580.html

Go to Admin -> User directories and look at the settings.  There's a test button as well as settings.

Try to log in with a user that is defined in the internal JIRA user directory, one that is a JIRA admin. And then check the external user directory configuration. Otherwise you'll have to check it via the DB

If everyone is locked out I would file a ticket with Atlassian Support as well
