Unable to change issue type scheme of an project even I am the administarator permission

Throwing the below errors-

  • You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type External Ticket
  • You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type Issue
  • You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type Enhancement

You should have ServiceDesk agent license. This helped me.
