Not quite.

A user story may have multiple sub-tasks.  It may also be linked to other things such as tasks at the same level, Epics above it or even sub-tasks on other issues, but these links are informational, they do not mean that anything linked "belongs" to the story.

You can put a user story into a Sprint.  It takes its subtasks with it, but not linked issues. 

You can put a user story, and sub-tasks into any version or versions you need to.
