Transition to an unlinked state via CSV import possible?

Is it possible to move tickets from various stated to an unlinked (not direct neighbor) state using an external system import -> CSV import? Talking about existing issues ofc.

No.  You have to go through transitions to change the status of an issue.

I see, I guess I can simply create an temporary "All" transition.

 

It's somewhat unrelated, but how do transition a ticket using a CSV import, simply define the target states in a column?
