Transfer Administrator Account

My account is marked with [Administrator] in JIRA.  I am soon leaving the company, I need to transfer this over to colleague and shut down my account.  How do I do this? I can only find articles on groups and permissions, I believe this Administrator is different as I was the one who created and setup JIRA for the company.

Three steps:

Log into your my.Atlassian account, the one used to purchase the system.  Make sure you have other people named as the billing and technical contacts for it.

Log into JIRA and go to manage users.  Make sure the new admins are in the same admin groups you are

When you leave, get the new administrators to remove you from the above.
