i have tried several times how can i check the time for the ticket how many days the ticket stay at coustoumer or in the company

Hi Feras,

If you are looking to see how long an issue was in a status, I recommend checking out the Time In Status plugin. This plugin reports how long an issue was in a certain status.

So if you had a ticket in a status such as Waiting for Customer, the plugin will generate a time report of how long the status was in Waiting for Customer
