i have tried several times how can i check the time for the ticket how many days the ticket stay at coustoumer or in the company
If you are looking to see how long an issue was in a status, I recommend checking out the Time In Status plugin. This plugin reports how long an issue was in a certain status.
So if you had a ticket in a status such as Waiting for Customer, the plugin will generate a time report of how long the status was in Waiting for Customer.
