There is an easy way to have Jira up and running?

I've had JIRA in the past but I couldn't configure it to start working. Can you help me to know if JIRA is for my company or should I use something like Trello, clockingit or Basecamp?

Hey Carlos!

If you're reviewing options for your company, and you want to give JIRA a try, I'd personally suggest giving JIRA OnDemand a try:

JIRA Cloud Signup

There's an included 7-day trial, no credit card required, to see if JIRA is a fit for your org.  This is a purely cloud-based solution; no system administration on your part, so you can get up and going immediately after signing up.

Good luck!
