Hi Sannon,

We tried to apply everything mentioned in the link you have provided but we could not solve the issue. However we can ping the host marketplace.atlassian.com and we disabled firewall:

# iptables -L -n -v
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT 1852K packets, 1289M bytes)
pkts bytes target prot opt in out source destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT 0 packets, 0 bytes)
pkts bytes target prot opt in out source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT 1506K packets, 436M bytes)
pkts bytes target prot opt in out source destination

With Regards,

Andrei.

Andrei,

Is there anything in your logs that might say what the problem is?

Have you set up this:

Are you able to run a traceroute to Marketplace to see what comes back?

Shannon

Shannon
