I know I can assign the same task to multiple users via filter, sub-task, or group name. But when I want to run a burndown or other team reports how do I translate the group name to the actual resources.
Sure - simply put, when I want to look at the user points for developing a release, how do I properly reflect the time of tasks in a story if two team members work on it. Also, how do I calculate down-time to see if a resource is being challenged enough. True they can communicate in the daily scrum, but sometimes that doesn't happen.
