I am the System Administrator for my JIRA Cloud Site. I was trying to install a trial version of Portfolio in my JIRA Cloud environment to evaluate it. I didn't see any of its features so I signed out of our site and now I can't sign back in. Password recovery says there are no users on our site that match my username or email.

If JIRA is in the cloud you can't fix it yourself unless there is another admin that can give you access again.
I suggest you contact Atlassian Support.
