Hi!
My company are working with a Pc interface that connects two a couple of embedded systems. We are now starting to colaborate with another company on the pc interface. Both the companies has their own JIRA instance since before and we do not want to merge them since we still are two different Companies and we don't want to check two JIRA instances for our tickets either..
Is there any easy way of share the Pc interface projekt between the two instances? Or maybe an easy way to mirror the project? Or is it possible with Applink?
//Björn
Hi Björn,
the only way to sync / mirror two JIRAs is to use a plugin. If you search the marketplace for sync (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?q=sync) then you will find some plugins that provides such a functionality more or less advanced.
hope that helps
Benjamin
Hi,
I'm from Deviniti team.
You can use existing solution to synchronize multiple Jira instances like IssueSYNC. It works for:
- cloud
- server
- data center deployments and supports different Jira version 6, 7, 8 and Jira editions
- Core
- Software
- Service Desk.
You setup whole integration via UI and you can let your project administrator's to setup/tune own synchronization for remote Jira connections prepared by sys admin before.
If you have questions, please contact us.
Cheers,
Łukasz
