Story Points and Estimate fields are missing from install + duplicated fields

I am using a cloud install of JIRA.  We have implemented the Software Development Workflow.  I can no longer find the Story Points and Estimate fields and I also have many of the custom fields from the template duplicated.  Can you give me any advice on how to proceed on both? I have checked my schemes, custom fields, etc multiple times  Thanks
