Need some advice no how to solve the following problem:
Have custom status of 'Cancelled'
I move issues from TO DO to Cancelled then a few hours later they showing a status of TO DO?
The history shows that I have made this change, but I have not??
How can I find the issue?
How can get more information on why a status changes?
may be some post functions are added to you workflow.
Go to project workflow for current ticket, find transitions between "TO DO" and "Cancelled" and check post functions.Check post function in the tickets that have relationship with current ticket. After that status can be changed other part of jira. Status can be changed post function from another workflow, from other plugin.
