Staff overload report giving empty results even if planned hours is available.
We have a folio where users plan time for issues. On generating the staff overload report it is blank. It does not show planned time or remaining time anything.
As just an example of what kind of thing I am really looking for, I just put something quick together in excel and attached the same. The whole idea is to be able to make it clear how the resources are being used and where we’ve got resource overuse or conflicts. I would be better if there are any solutions to view this information as report in JIRA itself.
There are hours planned for a user but it not showing up currently in the folio also attached the report i get in folio.
Please suggest solutions.
