Show time since issue was created on Structure

Hi,

Is it possible to show the amount of time passed since an issue was created on a Structure, e.g. 1 week, 3 months, etc? I tried using the "Time Spent"column, but it's always empty. When a issue was created, the "Due Date" was usually left empty. Is this why "Time Spent" is empty?

Hi Rayne,

You can check how much time has passed since issue creation by using a Formula Column. Specific formula to use would be NOW()-created and the format to select - Duration. Please, let me know if it is what you are looking for.

I must note Time Spent is the accumulation of Work Logged, and only fills when someone is actively logging work on the issue, regardless of value of due date.
