Shirt Size only visible on " Open" and " In Progress" workflow states, why?

Hello, 

I am trying to use " Behaviours " feature to make " Shirth Size " field only be visible for " Open and Accepted" workflow states.

Before I use " Beahviours" I noticed that " Shirt Size " is not visible on the " Edit" view other than " Open and In progress " workflow states.

I have checked the screen view and it is available. 

Any idea why?
