Set a subscription for every two weeks to align with sprints

I want to send a list of items in the current sprint to some execs by using a subscription. I  have made the filter I want, but I can only choose to send it weekly. I reviewed the cron page and it did not have an 'every other week' example. Has anyone else run into this?

try something like that: 0 15 8 ? * 6#2

8:15 am on the second Friday of every month.
