Scrum and Kanban in One Board

Deleted user March 13, 2017

For a holistic view of my teams work we use a Kanban board.  However, this board includes other Scrum projects with sprints.  If a task in a Scrum project is in the backlog it doesn't show on our Kanban board (which is how I want it to work).  However, if a task is in a sprint and then gets moved to the backlog it still shows on our Kanban board.  Ideally only items in active sprints would show on our board.  Is there a way to make that happen?

You can amend the board filters to meet these needs.

For example, changing the kanban board filter to say "and sprint in opensprints()" would stop most of the non-active issues showing.

@[deleted] Can you please share you filter with me?  I am working through the same type of thing.
