Hi,

Can we create reports including details for Linked Issues using script Runner plugin, also would like to know can we do workflow customization at a deeper level using the same plugin.

If yes, kindly provide some references/ links to achieve it.

Script Runner for Cloud has fewer options than the Server version because of the limitations of the Cloud platform.  You can do linked issue reporting, but you'll need to set up custom scripted fields to help with it, not just use the JQL functions you see in SR-Server.  You can extend your workflows a lot, but mostly in the "post-function" area rather than all the transition properties.
