Removal of WebDAV directory support for JIRA Cloud instances

Is JIRA removing the webdav support ? i am not able to login with my credentials as administrator

we want to upload an attachment zip  for importing data in JIRA

On December 10, 2016, Atlassian Cloud removed support for WebDAV directories in JIRA Cloud applications.
