Hi, I would like to solve my problem. I'm looking for a way to add "Catch Email Address" or recipients address to tickets body, like there is a "Created via e-mail received from" information. Is there a way how to get to ticket body information about who was recipient? For example "E-Mail was sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org" ?
