Re-open sub-task opens parent issue with post function but shows status as Open, Resolution Complete. How can I change this?

Greetings,

I was successful getting the post function to re-open sub-task to also re-open the parent issue. However, the status shows Open with Resolution Complete. How can I change this? This may also be the reason these newly reopened items are not showing up under Open issues. They show up under the kanban board but not the issues menu under reports and above components.

I assume that you make some transition for parent issue. In this case add a build-in postfunction for parent issue transition to clear resolution.
