QaSpace - Test Management can't enable on JIRA version 6.4.1

I try to enable QaSpace - Test Management  version 2.1.0 on JIRA version 6.4.1 

but I got the error in picture below. Could you please advice me on this issue ?

What does the log file say the problem is?

I can't find the log that relate with this plug-in

and when I try to enable again error change in picture below. But this is a free plug-in

The file you need is the application log - <JIRA home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log

Ok, that's a report on failed add-ons, which tells you the basics, but what you really need to read is the actual plugin loading logs, which are above that

(By the way, with logs, you'll find it easier to work in plain text - screenshots of plain text are slow to make and painful to read, a copy and paste of the plain text of a chunk of log is better)
