Project import question

Hi,

I am trying to import a project project from a different instance with project configurator plugin,

I got this error even though the Custom fields are associated with global issue types.

Errors The data mappings have produced errors, you can not import this project until all errors have been resolved. See below for details.

System Fields Issue Type Custom Field Configuration The custom field 'Notify' in the backup project is used by issue types 'Bug, New Feature, Improvement, Sub-task' but the field with the same name in the current JIRA instance is not available to those issue types in this project. The custom field 'Perforce Job 1' in the backup project is used by issue types 'Bug, New Feature, Improvement, Sub-task' but the field with the same name in the current JIRA instance is not available to those issue types in this project. The custom field 'UsedWorkaround' in the backup project is used by issue types 'Bug, New Feature, Improvement, Sub-task' but the field with the same name in the current JIRA instance is not available to those issue types in this project.

Harish,

Could you add to the question the XML configuration file you imported with Project Configurator and the load trace of that import? If both items are not available, at least one of them could be very useful.
