Project B is not visible when I try to move an issue from project A

Hello, 

I need to move an issue from project A to B. However project B is not visible on the move. I have all the corect permissions based on ; https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Moving+an+Issue.

Hi Elif,

Have you tried a reindex of the project?

Maybe something went bad during the creation of the project which might be resolved by reindexing.

If the project reindex does not work you can try a full reindex of JIRA. Please do take into account that, depending on the size of your instance, this might take a while and could have an impact on the performance.
