For our german Customers we have one issue that we need to fix in every new JIRA instance,
the workaround for this requires 4 entries in the advanced settings to be altered.

I am looking for a safe and simple way to automate this, any ideas?

Mhh according to the Atlassian Bugtracker this issue was fixed in JIRA 6.4.1, but we still had the problem in a new JIRA 7.1 installation

Sounds like a regression.

Raise a new bug and add a comment to the old one.
