Process to configure the verfication checklist in all the phases of the project

Hi,

I want to understand the process to configure the Verfication/ Validation checklist in all the Phases (In JIRA Status/ Transisition) and i also want to put some logic between transistion status to ensure the process compliance.

Can anyone help me on this ?
