Problem with Mail handler

There happened such problem:

Some users (who are not registered in Jira) send emails and these emails are not processed by mail handler. Just rest in mailing box. 

Though with others everything work good.

Here is my Mail handler:

Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue

  • Default Reporter: a user
  • CC Assignee: false
  • Bulk: ignore
  • CC Watchers: false
  • Create Users: false
  • Strip Quotes: true
  • Notify Users: false
  • Catch Email Address: is not set.
  • Project: some project

What problem can it be?

Shawn, thanks for reply.

In my mail handler Default Reporter is one of the registered users. 

All users who sends email are anonymous and not registered in JIRA. But only with some users happens situation described above. So need to find out the problem

Hello Oleh, 

This is by design if the users do not have an account in your Atlassian Cloud instance; in order for any user to create an issue, they must have application access to the instance.  Our Project Manager provides some additional information into this matter here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/31663613
