That's a bit like saying "my car is broken" - we have no idea what your car is, where you are, or what you've done (or not) to break it.  It could be in a ditch, out of petrol, wheel fallen off, or it's been attacked by a raging horde of penguins.

You need to give us details of what's wrong, what you were doing, and ideally, what the log file says.
