Prevent images from being attached when replying to email updates

I am using "Comment Creation" when users reply to issue updates. However, it states that

• Any attachments to the email will become attachments to the issue (assuming attachments  have been enabled in JIRA).

My problem is that icons related to user, issue type, comment bubble, and Atlassian logo are seen as attachments and added to the issue that is being replied to. Even though I design a string to prevent the email thread from being added (which works successfully) the same 4 items get attached everytime the issue update is replied to. How do I prevent those objects from being attached every time?

Actually, only seems to be caused by Outlook mail client. MAC and Android are not returning those icons as attachments. Trying to find outlook settings that would change its behavior.
