Our project is composed of 50 tasks that all follow the same workflow. We have set up a kanban board in which tasks step through the different columns in order. There is a member of our team who is only engaged on tasks once they reach a certain stage. Because their role is so much narrower than everyone else's we would prefer that they didn't have to keep the board open all the time, and were instead just notified when a task reaches "their" column.
Is there a way they can just subscribe to changes in that column?
If there is a different way to achieve the same goal, that would also be great to know!
Thank you.
Hello,
Im not a kanban expert so what i would try is to create a filter that find all issues in this stage, and make subscription, so everyday the member of your team will receive the result of the filter.
The second option will be to add a gagdet (filter result) to a dasboard and share this dashboard to your colleague.
You can also work with the workflow and notification, so when a issue reach the stage Jira will send a notification to the project role, user or group you picked
Hope this helps
