Portfolio capacity question

I am evaluating Portfolio and have a question. I am in the Capacity / Story view grouping by person. I am seeing filled histograms (100% capacity utilization) for certain users, but I don't understand where the data is coming from. There are no issues assigned to that user that have estimates. Why is that user showing as 100% utilized?

There is an unassigned issue on your sprint / data range.

When you have an unassigned item on your sprint/data range - it auto-assigns the item to the first user in your Team. If that member is filled up, it goes to the next person...and so on...
