We are testing a migration from JIRA 6.4 to JIRA 7.1, scriptrunner 3.1.4 to 4.3.1

When editing an issue, we get very often the message ("Please wait a moment for the server to finish then retry your action").

I have the impression warning that

  • the message is displayed (often but not systematically ?) when modifying a field for which a "Behaviour's" validation (groovy script) should run, and that field did not loose focus.
  • the message is not (never ???) displayed if such field looses focus (press the <tab> key after editing the field)
  • the message is not (never ???) displayed for a field that does not have a "Behaviour's" validation

No errors/warnings in log files.

When trying to save a second time, it goes fine (because the field loosed focus ???)

This was removed recently: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-283 - try upgrading to the latest version.

In summary, yes, you see it if the field doesn't lose focus, eg alt+s shortcut after modifying a field with a behaviour.
