Can you allow us access to the platform release notes?  i get a "forbidden" page when I click the link

Hah - I wasn't very clear! 

JIRA 7.1.0 has been released and it advises looking at the platform release notes here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjira/jira-platform-releases/jira-7-1-x-platform-release

Currently, "forbidden"

What JIRA Project are you talking about here? Is "Platform" a local JIRA Project of yours? If it is, you just need to contact the project admins to give you the right permissions to view that page. The tricky part here is the message though, "Forbidden" page huh. Where are you seeing this? What site?
