Payment delay

Hi,

I work in a public laboratory. I paid the first month of JIRA with my CB to test JIRA with the team. I emit a purchase order to the academic institution and they're going to make a bank transfert for an annual plan.

My question is : can you remove my credit card from the billing methods ? I don't want to be charged for an additional month if the academy pays two days late.

Also if the academy pay with a delay, JIRA will be blocked but it won't delete any data right ?
