Our Jira won´t load in Internet Explorer

Hello Atlassian,

 

one of our employees got problems by opening JIRA in Internet Explorer 11, and he wishes to use only this browser. In virtue of that I would like you to please to find me a solution for this issue. By opening the JIRA the browser tells the current browser does not support the JIRA. The exact version of it is: 11.0.10240.46683

Hi

Can you make sure that the user has not enabled "Compatibility Mode" in Internet Explorer nor has he changed the browser's User Agent?

This can be easily checked by going to this site:

http://www.whoishostingthis.com/tools/user-agent/

Internet Explorer 11 by default should show Mozilla 5.

Here's how it looks on Windows 10:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko
