Dear support,
User aissatou.sankhare@scc.fr is getting this error message every time she is trying to connect to Jira.
I have administrator profile (user "xxx" (xxx@scc.fr) / password = xx ) ; please let me know what to do to allow this user to connect again to JIRA ?
