On demand JIRA Java memory size and usage

I'm not able to find the Java memory size and usage on JIRA On Demand.

Is this viewable somewhere and how can we request more memory if needed?

Atlassian has recently made the System Info not viewable by JIRA Admins or Site Admins on Cloud.

That page had that info, as well as many other.

Please, vote for this issue and watch it for updates:

Also, as it's a managed service, memory use is not important to you (lots of the other stuff on system info is, which is why I supported that request).

Why do you want to know?

I'm personally concerned about database statistics.
