Notification scheme not visible in a JIRA Project

Hi Team,

I'm not able to see the notification scheme in my JIRA project.

I wanted to add a customised notification scheme to my project but I'm getting the attached error.

Kindly suggest in this.

Hmm, that looks wrong to me.  What happens when you scroll down the project settings list and click "notifications"?
