For my job, we frequently mention (@) people to keep tracking of tasks and project progress. However, one of my supervisors is having issues getting any email notifications (we use Microsoft Outlook) from JIRA, throwing her off track. I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to assist?
Hi @marshallmm
You could ask for your supervisor check his/her e-mail at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
If other people are receiving the notifications, I suspect there is some typo at the e-mail registered on your supervisor's profile.
Regards.
Thank you for the link! We realized that she didn't have her email connected to her account. Once we got that fixed, she got emails! Thanks
