Not all issues present when All sprint is chosen

Maneesha Syea March 14, 2018

I have this situation where 2 projects are linked or integrated together so that we have 1 final product on the market.  And it's common to have bugs logged by project A that needs a fix first on project B as well.  Tickets are therefore logged on the board of project B and someone from Team B will work on the tickets in the same sprint. Team A and team B's sprint start and end together.

I kind of this board where i can see the option "All Sprints" but it only shows tickets of project A and nothing from project B.

Any idea why and how i can fix it?

Thanks.

Hi Maneesha,

I would check your Board filter to see if the filter contains 2 projects in there.

Or you can create a new board:

  • Go to Issues > Search for issues
  • Your filter will look somewhat like this
project in (project A, project B) AND sprint in openSprints()
  • Save your filter and give it a descriptive name.
  • Create a new scrum boards from the newly created filter. You should be able to see issues from both project that is in the current sprint.
